BioMetrics



BioMetrics is a 6 week eating and exercise plan. The eating plan is designed by Registered Dietitians and customized for each individual. It tells you what to buy at the grocery each week, what and how much to eat at every meal and snack, and how to fix any meals that need cooking. The exercise component features mainly weight lifting, at your trainers discretion. During the 6 weeks, women typically lose 8-12 pounds, 15% of body fat, and 3-5 inches in the hips and thighs; men lose 12-15 pounds, 20% of body fat, and 4-6 inches in the waist.
1 to 1 Personal Training


Our most popular service is 1 to 1 Personal Fitness Training, in which you and your trainer work on your fitness goals during 30 or 60 minute workouts. Your trainer designs a fitness program for you based on your goals, schedule and current fitness level. You have the choice of doing some of the program on your own, or all of it with us. Each workout will be planned, supervised and recorded by your trainer. Your progress is monitored and program adjusted accordingly.


Partner and Group Training


Partner training is personal training for two people working with the same trainer at the same time. Group training is for 3-5 people working out with the same trainer at the same time, usually in a circuit format.
Brookhaven Limited Memberships


A limited number of limited memberships is available at the Brookhaven location. The limited memberships allow members to use the facility during the available hours for 1 monthly fee. There are 3 levels of membership options, ranging from 0-4-8 personal training hours each month included. The schedule of available days and times is published each month, but is typically lunchtime and afternoons.
