BioMetrics
BioMetrics is a 6 week eating and exercise plan. The eating plan is designed
by Registered Dietitians and customized for each individual. It tells you what
to buy at the grocery each week, what and how much to eat at every meal and snack,
and how to fix any meals that need cooking. The exercise component features mainly
weight lifting, at your trainers discretion. During the 6 weeks, women typically
lose 8-12 pounds, 15% of body fat, and 3-5 inches in the hips and thighs; men lose 12-15
pounds, 20% of body fat, and 4-6 inches in the waist.
