1 to 1 Personal Fitness Training - 1 Hour session at our studio


Our most popular service. Workout with your trainer for 60 minutes in one of our private exercise rooms. You and your trainer agree on your goals and priorities, and on how much (if any) work you will do on your own. The trainer designs a workout program to achieve these goals, and plans each session to make progress accordingly. The trainer supervises each exercise, and holds you accountable for any homework you were given. In an hour workout, we typically include some cardio, strength, core and stretching exercises. If needed, we also work on such things as balance.




1 to 1 Personal Fitness Training - Half Hour session at our studio


Our 2nd most popular service. Half hour sessions are similar to 1 hour sessions, but more focused on one or two areas only, such as strength and core work. 30 minute sessions are great for those who are crunched for time, who do a lot of cardio exercise on their own but need help with other areas, or for deconditioned beginners who can't workout for a whole hour.

InHome Personal Fitness Training - 1 Hour at your site



If you prefer convenience, we will come to your home, office, park, or other site to train you as described above. We can utilize any available equipment, and we bring some things ourselves.


Partner Training (2 to 1)


Available in one of our studios or at your site.
Share the trainer, share the fun, share the cost. Two clients train with 1 trainer at the same time. Each client completes their own personal fitness program with the trainer's supervision, with the trainer helping one client while the other catches their breath. Or you may both do the same exercise at the same time, guided by the trainer. Usually, you find your own partner, but we can sometimes match you up with someone as well. Great for couples, sisters, teammates, friends.


Triple Training (3 to 1)

Available in one of our studios or at your site
Even more sharing and caring! Your trainer plans an exercise program for each client, and plans each workout to benefit all 3 clients. Works much like Partner Training, with somewhat less (but still enough to be safe and effective) personal attention during the workout, but also less cost and more support. Find your own partner, or we can sometimes match you up with someone. Great for couples, sisters, teammates, friends.

Group Training 4-6 to 1


Available in one of our studios or at your site
A trainer-led class in which all participants do the same set of exercises, sometimes together and sometimes in a circuit format. Classes are by necessity less personalized than either Partner or Triple Training, but do provide a whole body workout in a safe, effective and fun format. Costs less than either of the above, and provides more support and socializing. You can recruit your own group or we can put you into one of our existing classes.


BioMetrics

BioMetrics is a 6 week eating plan. The eating plan is designed by Registered Dietitians and customized for each individual. It tells you what to buy at the grocery each week, what and how much to eat at every meal and snack, and how to fix any meals that need cooking. Exercise, especially weight training, is recommended during the BioMetrics program, but is not required. We encourage you to add one of our Personal Fitness Packages to your BioMetrics effort. If you do add exercise, whether with us or on your own, then you can expect results similar to these during the 6 weeks: women typically lose 8-12 pounds, 15% of body fat, and 3-5 inches in the hips and thighs; men lose 12-15 pounds, 20% of body fat, and 4-6 inches in the waist.
