All these specialty programs are conducted as personal training sessions, with the same packages available.

Fit4Par
Golf Conditioning Specialist Mike Ross-Spang can help you improve your driving distance, reduce your risk of injury, and improve your scores. Based on an initial assessment and discussion with your swing coach, he will develop a personalized golf fitness program to meet your needs. Once you learn the exercises for each part of the program, you can work on your own or continue a schedule of personal training sessions with Mike. Common areas of concentration include strength development of the core and other golf muscles, flexibility improvement for increased range of motion, and balance work.

Weight Loss
Ron Williams lost 240 pounds at Healthy Habits as a client before getting certified as a trainer. He can help you also. Ron is experienced with the Get Real and BioMetrics programs, as well as other eating plans. He focuses on aerobic exercise and developing good habits to replace your bad ones. Our other trainers also have lots of experience helping people lose weight.

Osteoporosis - Arthritis - Diabetes - Knee Problems - Bad Backs
Gaye is certified as a Clinical Exercise Specialist, and all of us have had plenty of clients with these and other conditions. We can help you in the post-Rehab stage and especially in the Prehab stage (prevention).

Yoga
We have a yoga class at Ridgeway Country Club that is appropriate for beginners and intermediates. Taught by Leslie Brown, the class is limited in size to 10 people, so you get individual attention and help. This is a great way to break in to yoga.
